1. •gut-stringed double bass (mostly for baroque & gypsy swing)
   

2. •Clifton upright electric bass (centre of photo - great for salsa & pop)
   

3. •Ashbory travel bass (sounds acoustic but only 2 foot long)
   

4. •fretless Fender Jazz Bass guitar (front of photo - very funky)
   

5. •Fender Precision Bass (classic fretted bass guitar)

My main instrument is a replica of a 1714 instrument by Carlo Antonio Testori, beautifully crafted by Malcolm Healey
